I've been looking for a spot like this. The menu was not overly complicated and the service was great. I think all the plates come with your choice in spicy level. Reasonably priced plates with what I would consider large portions.

Bad experience. I came in as soon as they opened, 11am. They took my order late after everyone who came after me. I ordered the number 7 “Tomato Veggie”, suitable for vegans/vegetarians, but they told me 15 minutes later that they don’t have that order in stock. It took 45 minutes to get my food. Not very good service, do not recommend if you’re not okay with being overlooked and waiting 45 minutes after being seated to eat. Possibly bad timing to come in at opening hour. 1/5 I don’t recommend. There’s better hot pots around.

Am I crazy for eating hot pot in 90 weather? Absolutely lol. I've been to the Boiling Point in Garden Grove many times, but this was my first visit at this location. Parking: Free parking lot. There’s a large parking lot with plenty of spots. Ambiance/Environment: I really like this location because it’s very spacious, unlike the GG location. They have a decent amount of indoor seating. No outdoor seating. All tables and chairs were clean. We visited during early dinner hours on a weekday, so it wasn’t busy at all. More foot traffic came around 17:00-19:00. Service: Shout out to our server Jewel! She’s attentive and courteous. She checked on us multiple times and refilled our waters. Throughput was also quick after ordering. Food: My go-to is the House Special or Beef. I decided to go with the Beef, mild, and rice. It came with a generous amount of protein, vegetables, and toppings. I also got rice in the side. Noodles and ramen cost extra. The soup base was very tasty with a nice kick to it. They also offered some specials like 50% off milk teas and happy hour during specific hours. Pricing: Don’t forget to scan your BP points through the app. Prices have gone up over the yea

I’m visiting from Chicago and have heard many things about this place. It was my first time eating here. I told the guy that took my order it’s my first time and he said to do the house special, beef or the lamb. So I got the house special and mild with noodles. It was super super good! But you’re probably wondering why the 1 star!?? Because not one person came to check on me or ask if I need water or anything the entire time while I’m sitting there and eating for 30-45mins. Yep, not a single person! So if you eat here, don’t be upset that you don’t get good service.

The food was great. Be prepared to wait though. It's a small establishment and seems very popular. So there is a wait to get seated. Once seated however, the food is prompt. Great quality and huge portions. The average price tag is about $25/ person at dinner.
